Heart is one of the most important organ of our body.Without it, I'm sure we are all dead. Therefore, to ensure the health of our bodies, early attention should be given to our heart.First, we must start good habits since childhood so that it will continue into adult life. There are many ways and tips given on how to how to keep our heart. Among them are weight control and exercise.
