Heart is one of the most important organ of our body.Without it, I'm sure we are all dead. Therefore, to ensure the health of our bodies, early attention should be given to our heart.First, we must start good habits since childhood so that it will continue into adult life. There are many ways and tips given on how to how to keep our heart. Among them are weight control and exercise.


Weight control
Obesity often trigger other risk factors such as high fat levels, high blood pressure, diabetes and so forth. Therefore, the excess weight must be reduced to an appropriate value for the shape of a person. And often, obesity is caused by excessive food that may be practiced since childhood. In reality, those who have excess weight is not active, thus the high calories in their food is not used.
So the excess food is converted into fat that accumulates also in certain parts of the body such as thighs, stomach and others without left heart. But when the fat gathered in the heart, it will interfere with the work of the heart.

Exercise
Exercise is the best way to maintain health. Jogging, walking and cycling are examples of exercises for those who have suffered a heart attack.Current physical activity can help the heart circulate blood more effectively. The rest, by exercising regularly also makes the blood pressure down.
In other words, any exercise done on a regular basis is good and obviously this activity reduces the risk of heart disease.
